About J + K Law Bendigo
J + K Law is a different kind of solicitor
All law firms tell you what they will do for you and it is basically the same services, described different ways – prompt turnaround times, excellent communication and the highest level of client service. We offer all of this, same as every other law firm in the region – blah blah, same old tired phrases. What J + K Law want to tell you is what we will not do! We will not:
- Forget about you and your matter after we have had our first meeting with you
- Hand you off to a junior staff member because we think we are too important/busy to deal with you
- Refuse to take your phone calls
- Work within the confines of the ordinary working week
- Speak in legal jargon so you have no idea what we are talking about
- Leave you more confused about your matter than before you discussed it with us
- Charge you uplift or premiums on your legal costs
- Give you an estimate of our fees and then charge you twice as much
